Terms of service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before making a purchase or using our website. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing from Win Win Turkish Furniture (online or in-store), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, dimensions, and pricing are as accurate as possible but are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from images displayed online due to screen settings and photography.

3. Payment

We accept credit cards, cash, and approved finance plans. The following payment methods are NOT accepted:

  • Wire transfers or bank deposits
  • Personal checks (unless prior written approval is given)

All credit card and finance transactions require photo ID verification. Any returned check is subject to a fee of $35 to $85 at our discretion.

4. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation via email. Orders are not binding until confirmed. Win Win Furniture reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. All Sales Final

All sales are final. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the limited exceptions that apply.

6. Delivery

Delivery fees are based on location, building type, number of floors, and volume of items. A delivery window will be provided; exact times cannot be guaranteed. The following conditions apply:

  • Someone 18 years or older must be present at the delivery address
  • If no one is present, redelivery will be scheduled and an additional delivery fee will apply
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring doorways, hallways, and stairways are wide enough to receive the furniture — seller is not responsible for items that cannot fit
  • Delivery staff will not move, rearrange, or remove existing furniture
  • Delivery staff will not install wiring, hang wall fixtures, or perform work beyond furniture placement
  • Our delivery team reserves the right to perform threshold delivery if in-home delivery is assessed as unsafe. In such cases, the customer may assume full responsibility in writing to proceed
  • All items must be inspected at the time of delivery. Claims reported after the delivery team has left will not be accepted

7. Storage Fee

If purchased items cannot be delivered and require storage at our warehouse, a storage fee will apply. Pickup must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Customers who arrange their own pickup are responsible for bringing appropriate help, vehicle, and securing materials. Win Win Furniture will not load or secure merchandise to vehicles.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including images, text, and branding is the property of Win Win Turkish Furniture or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Win Win Turkish Furniture shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery, or any transaction. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
