Refund policy

⚠️ All sales are final. Returns are accepted only under the specific conditions listed below.

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after this window will not be considered.

Accepted Return Conditions

A return may only be considered when ALL of the following are met:

  • Request made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Item in original, unopened packaging
  • Unused and unassembled
  • In the same condition as delivered
  • Reason: manufacturer defect, shipping damage, or incorrect item

Items that have been assembled, used, or removed from original packaging are NOT eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom and special orders
  • Clearance items
  • Assembled, used, or opened items

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel after placing an order but before delivery, a 25% restocking fee applies.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original and return delivery/pickup charges also apply.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 48 hours
  2. Do not send anything back without written approval
  3. Photograph the item and note damage on the packing slip at delivery
  4. Email photos to contact@winwinturkishfurn.com

Refund Method

Approved refunds may be issued as repair, replacement, or store credit. Cash refunds at discretion of Win Win Furniture.

Layaway

All layaway deposits are non-refundable. Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of all amounts paid.

Backorders

Win Win Furniture is not responsible for delays beyond our control. Backorders may not be canceled without seller approval.

Special & Custom Orders

Final sale. Non-refundable 50% deposit required at order. Lead times 1–6 months.
