Delivery Requirements
- Someone 18+ must be present
- Redelivery fee applies if no one is home
- Measure doorways, hallways, staircases before ordering
- Clear delivery area before team arrives
- Inspect all items before team leaves — no claims after departure
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Available on request. Required by many NoVA apartment buildings. Request at time of order.
Warehouse Hold
Can hold purchases up to 1 month if you're not ready for delivery (moving, renovating). Contact store to arrange.
Damaged Items
- Note on packing slip before team leaves
- Photograph item and packaging
- Email contact@winwinturkishfurn.com within 48 hours
- Resolution: repair, replacement, or store credit
Claims after 48 hours will not be accepted.
National Shipping
UPS / FedEx for eligible items outside local area. Costs calculated at checkout. Timeframes per carrier — not guaranteed.
